an account.
- Printing is available from all workstations in the library.
You must create a printing account in order to print in the
library. Instructions are provided below for creating an account.
Creating
an Account:
You may create your account using your University ID card,
or any other card that has a magnetic strip on the back, i.e.,
Michigan driver’s license, Kroger card, etc.
Note: We do not recommend using your credit card or bank card.
- Locate an “On-Cash” machine. Locations are listed
on the back page of the guide.
- Following the directions posted at the machine, insert your
card and then remove it quickly.
- The “On-Cash” machine will ask if you wish to “Create
a new account?”. Press “1” for “yes”.
- Use the keypad to create a four-digit PIN number and then
press the # key. Use only numbers; do not include letters in
your PIN. Create a number that you will be able to easily remember.
- Reenter your PIN number to validate your selection, and then
press the # key.
- Add value to your account by inserting cash into the bill
accepter located at the bottom right corner of the machine.
The “On-Cash” machine will only accept bills.
- Once you have completed adding money to your account, press
the # key and retrieve your receipt.
Note:
- Once you have established a printing account, you may always
add additional funds to your card via the “On-Cash” machines
