Public Address System Policy

General Policy

Park Library's public address system is used only to announce building closing times or to make service announcements, such as weather related warnings, which involve everyone in the building.

Staff Policy

When a person asks a library staff member to use the PA system for emergency paging, the individual should be referred to Public Safety (DPS-774-3081).

If a Public Safety (DPS) Officer requests the library to make an emergency page, the library staff member will comply.
