Schedule of Jobs In And Out of the Libraries' Integrated Library System

Bursar

A file of charges and credits from the Libraries' integrated library system is created Tuesday morning around 8:00 a.m. This file includes all transactions from 8:00 a.m. the previous Tuesday through 8:00 a.m. on the day the file is created.
This file is transferred to SAP
Libraries staff resolves errors on the feed.
Receivable Accounting applies the charges to their system on Thursday or Friday.

Patron Load

Data from the Registrar's Office, Human Resources, and Faculty Personnel Services is loaded into the Libraries' integrated library system every Tuesday morning and Friday morning.
